There are bankers out there smart enough to obtain a Golfmak, Inc. analysis of problem golf course properties. Our plan is to get the bank out of the property fast. We use our extensive connections, database of waiting buyers, and our associate real estate company to get the property in other hands.

During the interim period we manage the property for fees in a way unlike other management companies. We earn our keep mainly by disposing the property for real estate commission as quickly as possibly. It is not our intention to 'hold' on to a golf course property for management fees.
